Hays is working with a Public Sector organisation to appoint an HRBP for a 3 month temporary role with oppotunity for extension.
Your new role
As an HRBP, you will support with the delivery of business objectives by providing professional and timely HR solutions, advice and support, with a primary focus on the effective management of grievances, discipline, dignity at work and attendance management cases.
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Previous experience in managing complex employee relations matters
- Strong knowledge of employment law and legislation
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- CIPD Qualified
- Hold a Post Graduate Diploma in HR Management or equivalent
- Hold a driving licence or have access to transport that will allow you to travel to multiple sites as part of the role
What you'll get in return
- Temporary assignment
- Full-time, Monday to Friday 9am-5pm
- £18.81/hour
