On behalf of our client, we are urgently seeking an
experienced Part-Time Bookkeeper to join their Newtownabbey team on a part time
basis.
20 Hours p/w - £17- £17.50 p/h. The post holder will need
to work a Tuesday however the employer is flexible on other times worked.
We are seeking an individual with keen eye for detail,
proficient with Sage, and have experience handling VAT returns and pension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage
day-to-day bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and reconciliations.
- Prepare
and submit accurate VAT returns in compliance with HMRC regulations.
- Process
supplier invoices, payments, and expenses.
- Maintain
accurate financial records and prepare monthly management reports.
- Assist
with general accounting duties, including payroll and bank
reconciliations.
- General
office admin duties
You will need:
- Proven
experience as a bookkeeper or in a similar role.
- Proficiency
in Sage accounting software.
- Strong
understanding of VAT regulations and returns.
- Excellent
attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability
to work independently and manage time effectively.
- This
is a permanent post and therefore applicants will need to have a permanent
right to work in the UK as no sponsorship is offered.
