Apple Recruitment are recruiting for Marketing Manager (Band 8A) on behalf
of our client, Regulation and Quality Improvement Authority (RQIA) to work on a
temporary basis in the Belfast area.
Main duties and responsibilities:

This will include exploring a complete re-branding of RQIA’s corporate
identity to include logo, documentation presentation and style, display
materials, particularly with the recent transfer of HSCQI, and a potential
refresh of RQIA’s website in the year ahead.
·
Stakeholder engagement to include: RQIA staff and Authority; the HSC
sector; the independent healthcare sector; peer organisations including other
regulators; the general public, etc.) to understand what they believe RQIA is
there to do and how does its current branding support this, as well as what
would a future branding look / feel like and cover.
·
The work would conclude with a report comprising: proposed options;
design options; recommendations and next steps, including costings.

1a.) Minimum 1 year experience in a similar role.
2.) Essential skills and knowledge:

Leadership and communication skills.

the needs of the post.

Experience and skills to manage people.
3.) Hold a current full driving licence which is
valid for use in the UK and have access to a car on appointment. This criteria
will be waived in the case of applicants whose disability prohibits driving but
who have access to a form of transport approved by the Organisation which will
permit them to carry out the duties of the post**.

to date knowledge of regulations, policy and standards relevant to the work of
RQIA.

Hourly Rate: £26.06
·
Hours: 37 hours pw, Mon-Fri, 9am-5pm
·
Duration: 6 months (with possibility of extension)
