We are currently seeking candidates for our client's finance team, based in Belfast and on a temporary contract, ideally with experience in Real Asset Management (RAM) to manage fixed assets and compliance with VAT reporting desirable.

Your new role

• Preparation of Annual Reports and Accounts.
• Dealing with internal and external auditors.
• Compliance with VAT reporting.
• Maintaining Fixed Asset Register for organisation.
• Analysis of financial data.
• Production of monthly and/or quarterly management accounting information.
• Providing advice and guidance on the use and interpretation of financial information, accounting requirements and best practice.
• Drafting and implementation of financial policies, procedures and controls.
• Management of the financial processing function.
• Management of staff and other resources.
• Promote good governance across the organization.

What you'll need to succeed

• Fully qualified accountant with qualifications e.g. ACA, ACCA, CIMA etc
• Experience of Real Asset Management (RAM) to manage fixed assets
• Compliance with VAT reporting desirable.
