Permanent Care Coordinator Required In Belfast

Our growing healthcare division based in our Head Office in Belfast is recruiting a care coordinator to work alongside our team of recruitment consultants. First Choice are a tier one supplier for nurses and nursing auxiliaries across all Northern Ireland hospitals, a preferred framework supplier for all HCSNI and associated bodies services and has a large private sector business.

What would a typical day look like for you?

? Liaising with a large pool of healthcare staff that includes healthcare assistants, nurses, social workers, social
work assistants, audiologists, podiatrist, phycologists, cardiologists, and nursery assistants
? Obtaining staffs availability for work
? Liaising with our long-term established client regarding staffing needs
? Directly booking staff into shifts using multiple roster systems
? Monitoring staff performance and attendance levels
? Monitoring and ensuring staff time sheets are submitted for payment
? Updating staffs personnel files with appropriate documentation
? Monitoring a high volume of emails

The Person and your Skills

? Maintaining strong customer focus within a busy environment
? Have excellent time management skills with the ability to work towards deadlines and have an eye for great
attention to detail
? Excellent communication skills with the ability to keep your team abreast of all relevant information
? Ability to work within a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
? Strong use of IT skills that include CRM systems, roster systems, Microsoft packages and google documents
? Confident in working independently but also a key member within the team.
? Ability to priortise tasks
