Your new role

Debt Collection and Recovery:

• Be a key point of contact for queries related to the collection and recovery of sundry debts (such as Housing Benefits overpayments).
• Raise sundry debtor invoices, including recurring ones on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis.
• Contact customers who fall into arrears promptly and appropriately, identifying problems and taking necessary actions.

Debt Collection experience.
