Hays are partnering with a public sector organisation to recruit for a temporary Administrative Officer in their Financial Projects team.
Your new role
- Provide administrative support to the Financial Projects team and the timely delivery of projects
- Perform accurate and timely minute taking activities for meetings
- Perform cleansing and validation activities to prepare data for migration to a new platform.
- Perform testing activities to prepare for onboarding to a new system
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to assist with onboarding process
What you'll need to succeed
- Previous administrative experience, in a financial setting would be beneficial
- Excellent MS office skills – Word, Excel, Teams.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and experience of dealing with a range of stakeholders
- Minute taking experience
What you'll get in return
- £12.59 per hour
- Temporary until 30 September 2025
- South Belfast location
- Full time 37 hours per week
