VANRATH are thrilled to be assisting one of our major clients in Enniskillen with the recruitment of an Administrator to join their expanding team.
This is a position that requires combining excellent organisational skills, people skills and multitasking skills.
This is a Monday - Friday position.
Salary
£25,000 per year + fantastic benefits in a modern workplace
Responsibilities:
- Establish and manage office processes.
- Handle correspondence with customers and hauliers.
- Maintain treatment certificates and log data accurately.
- Resolve customer issues promptly and ensure feedback is shared with relevant departments.
- Keep the customer database updated.
- Respond quickly to inquiries via phone and email.
- Answer phone calls promptly and direct them appropriately.
Essential Criteria:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programmes.
- Strong organisational and analytic abilities.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills (written and verbal).
Desirable Criteria:
- Higher level qualification.
