Field Sales Representative

Bela Recruitment is hiring a Field Sales Representatives to work across Northern Ireland.

Salary £30,000 + £15-£20k Achievable Commission (OTE £50k package), + Company Car or Pickup – Selling trusted branded machinery, with huge stock, spares, backup, servicing & reputation.

You MUST already be living in Northern Ireland & know the area.

Trading for over 60 years, this business is the industry leader in supply of garden care equipment, spares, servicing and aftercare. They are the biggest distributors across NI & ROI, fantastic culture and earning potential for a drive sales rep.

Responsibilities
· Covering 3 counties in Northern Ireland, manage key accounts & converting new customers, to stock & sell garden care equipment such as lawnmowers.
· Ability to manage key accounts & driving growth & market share for each customers area.
· Learn the full product range, features & benefits, providing a professional support to each customer to drive sales.
· Ensure client retention, spot upselling opportunities and parts sales.
· Must be able to hit and exceed sales targets, report on activity and represent the company and brands in a professional manner.

Requirements
· 2-3 years strong field sales experience, with proven ability to meet sales targets.
· You must be mechanical minded, confident in talking about products technical ability and understand why one product might be better than another.
· Anyone with previous Lawnmower, Agri, Machinery, Equipment, Crushing & Screening, or Farming Sales Experience, would be a huge advantage.
· Must have excellent communication, presentation & IT skills.
· Must have a driving license (no more than 6 points)

Realistic £15000 - £20,000 commission.
