Hours: Monday
to Friday 9am to 5pm and closing for 1 hour at lunchtime.
On behalf of our client, a Legal firm with a long
history of providing Legal Services in Northern Ireland, we have a new
opportunity for a secretary to join their conveyancing team.
The Legal Secretary will support the Solicitors
with a range of conveyancing administrative work. Typical responsibilities will
include:

Diary management and organising
meetings
·
Opening & closing case files
·
General administrative duties.
Answering phone calls and taking messages.
·
Audio typing
·
Transcribing and proofreading
legal documents
·
Ensuring files are up to date
and accurate, with high attention to detail
·
Filing, organising, and updating
documents in a timely manner
·
High levels of confidentially
You will need:
·
Knowledge and experience in
conveyancing.
·
Good organisational and time
management abilities- able to work to deadlines.
·
Experience of using manual and
electronic filing systems.
·
Excellent communication skills-
telephone, face to face and email.
·
Able to work as part of a team
and own initiative.
