Key duties: - Client Interaction: Communicate effectively with clients and property owners, ensuring seamless operations
- Appointment Management: Arrange and facilitate property viewings, ensuring schedules are efficiently managed
- Contract Management: Issue contracts and agreements, handling all related correspondence with attention to detail
- Property Inventories: Conduct detailed inventories of properties, ensuring accuracy and thorough documentation
- General Administration: Maintain meticulous records and handle all general administrative tasks
Experience needed:
- Experience in a similar role (Sales or Estate Agency)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- Confidence with computers and managing data
- A proactive, solutions-focused approach to work
