leader in high-value product design, manufacture, and supply across Ireland,
the UK, and Europe. With a strong portfolio of established brands, the group is

five years through both organic growth and strategic acquisitions.
Reporting to the Group Managing Director, the Group Finance
Director will drive commercial performance and integration, ensuring that each
company’s financial goals and strategies align with the overarching objectives
of the group. This prestigious role, (which
can be based in either Belfast or Dublin, and having an all-island and GB remit),
offers a unique opportunity to shape the group’s financial future during a
period of significant expansion.
We are seeking to appoint a strategic and ambitious finance
leader (e.g. currently operating in a Group Financial Controller, Divisional
Director, or Group Director role) with experience in a high-growth environment.
Our ideal candidate will have a proven record of identifying
and leveraging synergies to boost commercial performance, along with strong
expertise in strategic financial planning, analysis, forecasting, reporting,
and working capital management.
Candidates should be technology-focused, with the leadership
experience to guide teams through transformation and the project management
skills to implement and integrate technology platforms that support scalable
operations.
