Contract: Interim, until 31 March 2025
Hours: 37 hours per week, fully office-based

Our client is seeking a detail-oriented Data Input Administrator with a strong background in customer engagement to join their team in the heart of Belfast. This position involves accurate data input and management using bespoke systems, supporting the client’s operational requirements effectively and professionally.
Key Responsibilities:
- Data Management: Accurately input data into bespoke systems, ensuring precision and adherence to established processes.
- Customer Engagement: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to enquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
- Administrative Support: Perform a variety of administrative tasks, maintaining records, handling documents, and ensuring information accuracy.
Ideal Candidate:
- Experience with data input on bespoke or specialist systems.
- Strong communication skills and ability to engage professionally with customers.
- Organised, efficient, and able to meet deadlines in a fully office-based environment.
