Negotiator- Estate Agency. Permanent Full time. North Down.
On behalf of our client, a growing Estate Agency, we are seeking
an experience Sales Negotiator to join their team.

Responsibilities:
1.
Schedule and conduct property
viewings.
2.
Book valuations and gather
detailed background information on clients' situations.
3.
Prepare and process paperwork
accurately and efficiently.
4.
Generate new business and
contribute to wider company success.
5.
Collaborate with our Lettings
and Property Management Department to build relationships with investor buyers.
6.
Assist clients with enquiries,
providing exceptional customer service.
7.
Maintain accurate and
up-to-date property listings on various platforms.
8.
Organise and manage electronic
and physical files for easy access.
9.
Support the department with
general administrative tasks such as phone calls, emails, and correspondence.
10.
Foster a positive and cohesive
working environment by collaborating with other departments.
11.
Conduct all business in
alignment with our Vision and Mission.
Hours: Monday to Friday: 8:45am to 5.30pm One
Saturday in four: 9.30am to 12.00pm.
Starting salary £3-35000 depending on
experience plus performance-based rewards

You will need:

At least one years’ experience in a property
sales environment and familiarity with associated legislation.
·
Excellent organisational and time management
skills, with the ability to prioritise effectively.
·
Strong attention to detail for accurate
document preparation and data entry.
·
Exceptional verbal and written communication
skills, maintaining a professional and friendly approach.
·
Proficiency in MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel,
Outlook).
·
Ability to work independently and
collaboratively within a team-oriented environment.
·
A proactive and adaptable mindset to handle
multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
·
Full UK driving licence and access to a car.
·
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
