New Opportunity for 5 Administrator positions for our client Belfast Health Social Care Trust; locations include - Ulster Hospital, Knockbracken, Knockbreda and Carlisle Wellbeing Centre
This role is on a temporary on going basis for initially 3 months with the possibility of an extension. The successful candidate will be
expected to work Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm. The rate of pay is £11.67 per hour.
The main duties will include keeping records accurate and up to date, general administration duties such as photocopying and filing,
interacting with patients and dealing with any queries appropriately, arranging meetings and recording minutes, and taking receipt of all
incoming correspondence.
What We Need From You
- 4 GCSE’s grade A*-C including Maths and English
- 1 year administrative/clerical experience
- Must have good communication skills
