Business Support Officer required to work with our Public Sector client the Business Services Organisation working within the Family Practitioner Services team.
The successful post holder will provide business support to the Senior management Team to deliver projects and act as first point of contact for all programme / project communications.
This is a temporary position for initially 3 months and will be based in Belfast City Centre. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday 9am-5pm with a pay rate of £14.83 per hour.
The main duties will include updating and maintaining databases and/or spreadsheets, managing meeting arrangements , taking and distribution of minutes, dealing with complex telephone enquiries and handling difficult calls.
What We Need From You
- Relevant University degree/professional qualification
- Worked 4 years in an administrative capacity with experience of working in Governance, Risk Management
- Competent in the use of Microsoft Office Packages
