About the role:

• Monday - Thursday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm, Friday 8.30 am - 4.00 pm.
• Early finish Fridays, weekends off
• c£30,000 per annum
• Permanent position
• Company pension
• On site parking

As a Parts / Stores Co-ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s operations, ensuring smooth stock control and outstanding customer service. Duties:

• Provide excellent customer service
• Manage spare parts orders from point of order to packing and dispatch
• Maintain all open warranty cases
• Monitor and manage inventory levels.
• Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
• Update and maintain accurate stock records.
• Collaborate with purchasing and workshop teams.
• Implement efficient stock control procedures.

Criteria:

• Previous experience in a similar admin / customer support environment
• Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
• Strong communicator
• Team player
• Previous experience in a similar environment ie stock control desirable
