About the role:
- Monday - Thursday 8.30 am - 5.00 pm, Friday 8.30 am - 4.00 pm.
- Early finish Fridays, weekends off
- c£30,000 per annum
- Permanent position

As a Parts / Stores Co-ordinator, you’ll be at the heart of our client’s operations, ensuring smooth stock control and outstanding customer service. Duties:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Manage spare parts orders from point of order to packing and dispatch
- Maintain all open warranty cases
- Monitor and manage inventory levels.
- Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliations.
- Update and maintain accurate stock records.
- Collaborate with purchasing and workshop teams.
- Implement efficient stock control procedures.
Criteria:
- Previous experience in a similar admin / customer support environment
- Microsoft Excel and Word proficiency
- Strong communicator
- Team player
- Previous experience in a similar environment ie stock control desirable
