We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Finance Manager to join our client's team, with this role overseeing their financial operations, ensuring compliance with legal standards, and managing funds efficiently.

Your new role

• Oversee daily accounting, payroll, and pensions.
• Follow legal standards and manage public funds.
• Help with internal and external audits and prepare financial reports.
• Assist in creating policies and strategies.
• Work well with other departments and external partners.
• Mentor and manage staff, promoting teamwork and performance.
• Encourage continuous improvement and share best practices.

What you'll need to succeed

• Must be a certified accountant with a relevant professional qualification (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA, CIPFA).
• Experience in preparing financial statements, managing budgets, and financial reporting.
• Experience in leading and motivating a team.
• Experience in supporting various finance services and stakeholders.
