Administration Assistant required for an immediate start working in Craigavon Area Hospital. This is a temporary position for initially 3 months and the successful candidate will provide administrative support to the Medical Locum Team.
The working hours are Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a pay rate of £11.67 per hour.
This will involve receiving locum shift information, inputting shift details onto the HSC eLocum System, liaising with medical staff and managers, contacting agencies, assigning Locum cover and processing payment and invoices for shifts worked.
Liaise with agencies, ensure cvs, profiles, training certs are up to date and minute taking as required.
What We Need From You
- 4 GCSE’s all grade C or above to include English
- 1 year administration experience
