The opportunity:
The eBilling Timekeeper
Maintenance Manager will manage the eBilling Timekeeper Maintenance Team
in multiple Service Center locations.

About the role:
As part of this role, the
successful candidate will:
Responsibilities:
- Manage weekly, priority, and
annual eBilling timekeeper maintenance to ensure they are completed
accurately and within the agreed-upon schedule
- Manage teams’ performance to
ensure compliance with the department’s SLAs and KPIs
- Direct supervision of
eBilling supervisors including managing work assignments, balancing
workloads, providing staff training and development, and performance
feedback
- Manage escalated timekeeper
authorizations and approvals when fee offers are delayed and/or rejected
- Coordinate, assess, and
provide feedback on the work output and performance of the assigned staff
- Proactively seek and
identify enhancements to and maintain current documentation of existing
work files for all team members
- Develop a cross-border
training platform for all staff members to assist with coverage
- Work independently with
limited supervision to complete assigned tasks while mindful of the needs
of relevant Firm stakeholders and prioritizing work as appropriate
- Participate, coordinate, and
collaborate with internal and external teams on special projects from
management
- Address all inquiries and
special projects from management and internal and external clients
diligently and promptly
- Report to the Senior Manager
on the status of assigned objectives and responsibilities accurately,
timely, and comprehensively
- Other duties as assigned by
management
Skills and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in
business administration, commerce, finance, or related courses is
preferred
- Strong understanding and
experience in eBilling is required
- Experience in a law firm or
professional service setting is required
- Supervisory experience in a
regional setting is required
- Experience managing multiple
teams in various time zones and locations is a plus
- Strong technology
orientation, including knowledge of Microsoft Office and financial
software packages (e.g. SAP) and eBilling software programs (e.g.
Passport, Legal Tracker, TyMetrix 360, Collaborati, CounselLink, etc.)
- Proven ability to lead,
motivate, and mentor departmental personnel
- Solid organizational,
communication, and interpersonal skills, with a strong ability to develop
and maintain relations at various levels within and outside an
organization
- Proactive, innovative, and
results-oriented work orientation
- Ability to prioritize and
handle multiple tasks to meet deadlines
- Ability to perform at high
levels in a fast-paced ever-changing work environment and successfully
adapt to changing priorities and work demands
