Our client, A Large public sector organisation, based in Belfast City Centre is looking for an EO2 to join their team
Duration: initially 4 months (Possibility of extension)
Rate of pay: £14.50 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5
Location: Adelaide Street Belfast
Main duties and essential skills may include, while not limited to:
• Supporting organisation, administration and delivery of inhouse corporate events e.g induction event and training events
• Provide administrative support to a range of Learning and Culture initiatives using MS Office
• Maintenance and proof reading of intranet pages
• Processing of payments/invoices/payments for branch using AccountNI
• Assist in the development of draft Comms
Essential Experience & Qualifications required.
• Very good inter-personal skills – the ability to work effectively with a wide range of colleagues and stakeholders
• Very good verbal and written communications skills.
• Very good organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Sound working knowledge of Microsoft Office packages including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
• Ability to work on own initiative and part of a small team
5 GCSE's A-C including Maths & English and 2 A Levels (We will require proof at time of application)
