Our client, A Large public sector organisation, based in Enniskillen are looking for Administration Officers to join their team
Duration: Initial 13 weeks (Possibility of extension)
Rate of pay: £12.59 per hour
Start Date: ASAP
Hours: Monday-Friday 9-5
Location: Enniskillen BT74
Main duties and essential skills may include, while not limited to:
The Customer Services Branch provides the administrative support within the departments network of local offices.
The objective is to improve the effectiveness and efficiency of services delivered by the Department to its customers, predominantly farmers, farm families and rural dwellers.
It seeks to ensure that the majority of customer enquiries are satisfactorily resolved at the first point of contact. Customers are given a choice of communication channels and can access the Department’s services remotely by phone, fax, e-mail, online and post, or in person at a department Direct office.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update data on spreadsheets and other systems.
• Process movement documents and registration of animals.
• Communicate with customers face to face and via telephone/e-mail.
• Front desk / counter duties
• Prepare letters and correspondence.
• Provide departmental services to customers following standards and guidelines.
• Attend training and development sessions as required.
• Provide support for ad hoc exercises and perform post/courier duties.
• Other admin duties.
Essential Criteria:
• Maths and English GCSEs (A-C).
• Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Good communication skills.
• Ability to use own initiative.
5 GCSE's A-C including Maths & English (We will require proof at time of application)
