Strand Developments is embarking on its next stage of growth through establishing processes and systems to manage a significant increase in revenue targeting the next new developments. We are looking for an Operations Director with the same ambition, customer focus and pioneering spirit to join our award-winning team and help take Strand to the next level. This is a key position on the Strand Developments Leadership Team accountable for site acquisitions, project and contracts management, on time quality delivery, cost management and innovation in construction and sustainable practices.

The role requires a focus on identifying new development opportunities across multiple markets. Once discovered the Operations Director will lead a robust appraisal process, with the support of the Finance Director, to be able to confidently recommend profitable projects to the Board and Investors.

The post will have the freedom to define the department strategy alongside the company strategy to grow a team to meet the needs of the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for an ambitious person to be part of an ambitious growing company and leave a legacy of success.
