Project Compliance Officer

MCS Group are delighted to be partnering with Translink for an exciting new permanent opportunity based in Belfast for a Project Compliance Officer.

About the role

The Project Compliance Officer will be responsible for maintaining standards for project management and providing effective support and checks to assure compliance which aligns with government policy and best practice guidance.
Essential Criteria

• A minimum of a degree or equivalent in a relevant technical, business or related subject and 2 years’ experience in managing quality or standards in a construction, engineering or transport environment
OR
• A minimum HNC/HND or equivalent in a relevant technical, business or related subject and 4 years’ experience in managing quality or standards in a construction, engineering or transport environment.
• Experience with managing budgets.
• Experience in using MS Office including Word and Excel for producing reports.
• Experience and knowledge in project management or project control methodologies.
Desirable Criteria
• Accredited project management qualification e.g. APM or PRINCE2 or module with third level qualification.
• Experience in managing construction or engineering projects.
• Experience in a project or business audit or assurance role.
• Experience in using Power Bi.
• Experience in using MS Project or equivalent scheduling software.
