B3 Receptionist / Team Secretary, BHSCT, based at College Gardens, Belfast
£11.67 per hour plus paid holiday hours

DUTIES
Telephony, Meet & greet, room booking, booking/sending appointments on behalf of primary mental health team, processing clinic letters to GP's, other professionals etc. photocopying, logging referrals, updating information system and internal waiting list using excel, electronic filing and any other duties appropriate to the banding
CRITERIA
At least 1 years experience in an administration role
