Your new role
As the Production Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the slaughtering process in the production facility. Your responsibilities will include managing a team of butchery operatives to ensure efficient and accurate processing. You will be monitoring production schedules and adjusting workflows as needed. Maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety. Collaborating with other departments to optimise production efficiency.

What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate should have previous experience in a meat processing environment with strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and guide your team. You should have strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality. Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
