Are you an experienced Accounts Administrator looking for a flexible, part-time role in the Garvagh area? We’re recruiting for a proactive and detail-oriented Accounts Administrator to join our clients busy team in the construction industry.

The Role:
You’ll take on a variety of office and accounting tasks, supporting smooth day-to-day operations and ensuring accurate financial records. Key responsibilities will include:

  • General office administration – handling calls, emails, and written correspondence.
  • Organising and maintaining filing systems to keep records streamlined.
  • Processing sales and purchase invoices, addressing customer and supplier inquiries.
  • Managing bank reconciliations and payroll tasks.
  • Submitting CIS and CITB returns and handling VAT submissions.
About You:
We’re looking for someone with:
  • Solid experience in an Accounts Administrator or Accounts Assistant role.
  • Familiarity with the construction industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Office.
  • The ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
