SPORT NI CHAIR APPOINTMENT

Sport plays a major role within society, with Sport NI's mission to maximise the power of sport to change lives. Its key focus is to ensure that all participants are provided with the conditions they require to enjoy, engage and excel in sport and physical activity.

Applications are now invited for the appointment of the Sport NI Chair, providing the individual with an excellent opportunity to make a significant contribution and positive difference to the leadership, direction and oversight of the Board and the organisation. The Chair receives a daily rate of £309 for a time commitment of at least 96 days (approx. 8 days per month).

Applications are welcome from across the community, voluntary, business or public sectors particularly from women, people with a disability, people from minority ethnic groups and young people.
