As a key member of the Business Systems Projects team, this role will involve managing and planning for the future of the organisation in alignment with its business objectives. The ideal candidate will have at least 2+ years' experience in a similar role and will be responsible for building and maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.
Working independently, you will gain a comprehensive understanding of specific work areas and contribute to improving systems both from an operational and technical perspective. Your responsibilities will include supporting users, managing reporting and project management requirements, and assuming the role of a trainer when necessary.
You will work closely with the Business Units to help them achieve their departmental and overall business goals, and support the Directors in these units in their efforts. In the longer term, you will play a crucial role in improving the organisation's business systems, processes, and outcomes.

Responsibilities
- Understanding and documenting current business processes
- Creating workflow diagrams to represent those processes
- Gathering requirements through interviews, workshops, surveys, and other means
- Identifying the gaps between current and desired processes
- Collaborating with the ERP team and SMEs to optimize operational processes
- Working with third-party software companies to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Analyzing business and D365 processes to identify areas for improvement
- Maintaining project documentation using various software tools
- Assisting with data migration and testing.
Skills Required
To be considered for this position, you should have at least 2 years of experience in a similar Business Analyst role and a thorough understanding of business systems and ERP implementation.
Knowledge of D365 Business Central or Finance & Operations execution is desirable, as is experience with ERP integration and building PowerBI or other BI reports.
