Financial Contoller

Your new company
Our client is an ambitious and growing locally owned business that will support their staff on their career journey. You will be a key member of the Finance team producing the finance information and commercial reports to support the operational teams. Working in a fast-paced business, you will work with a wider team to help the business achieve its commercial goals.
Your new role
As the Financial Controller, your duties will include, but are not limited to:

• You will be leading a small team of people to deliver the full financial and management accounting process.
• You will be engaging in regular analysis and forecasting to support the operational teams to make educated decisions.
• You will be able to prepare the annual budgets, cash flows and detail KPIs reporting.
• You will track controls across the business and prepare the statutory accounts.

What you'll need to succeed
You will be a qualified accountant with good experience of leading a small team.
You will be highly motivated and have a commercial outlook on business.
