an Administrator - Health & Safety
to work from the Dungannon / Portadown / Armagh, area of Northern
Ireland.
Salary – £23,000 - £30,000
Location – Dungannon / Portadown
VISA – Not interested in anyone needing visa sponsorships or on
restricted visa status.

You will provide vital Administration or Officer type support across Health,
Safety and Environmental needs, to ensure business compliance. A wonderful

might suit a super organised Administration or experienced H&S
Administrator or Officer.
Responsibilities
·
Arrange
weekly meetings for the business, record mins, update systems and share mins.
·
Conduct
company HSE audits, reporting non-conformance and quality issues.
·
Support/conduct
inductions for new starts & contractors, conduct manual handling training,
ensure training records are kept updated & accurate at all times.
·
Conduct
data gathering & ensure critical tasks are completed on-time, fleet checks,
stores audits, tender tracking, plant register – training will be provided.
·
Compiling
& maintaining sub-contractor documentation related to HSEQ.
·
Assisting
in incident reports.

Requirements
·
Could
suit a driven graduate OR an experienced & organised administrator. Training
& support is available, but you must be willing & able to learn
processes and tasks quickly.
·
Experience
in document control and updating databases.
·
Proven
ability to follow company processes, support a wider team and meet deadlines.
·
Must
have good Microsoft skills across Word & Excel.
·
Excellent
written & verbal communication skills and interpersonal skills.
·
For
either job – you must be able to learn new processes, complete tasks on time and
eventually work independently.
·
Driving
Licence

£23,000 -
£30,000 depending on which job & your experience.
