Hours: 37 Monday to Friday

Shift Pattern: 9 to 5

Job Description:

The Agency is seeking to fill the role of a Marketing and Communications Officer that require specific skills and experience. Applicants are invited from candidates who meet the eligibility criteria, to apply for this opportunity.

Responsibilities:
Managing the delivery of a broad range of online and offline marketing and communication activities such as web content, publication and staff engagement activities and events.
Producing innovative, creative content for digital and non-digital channels e.g. infographics, audio, photographs, blogs etc.
Identifying and addressing accessibility needs of online communication products across various channels.
Using data and user feedback to monitor and analyse channel and platform performance and seek out improvements.
Overseeing production and delivery of staff engagement materials e.g. staff newsletters, surveys etc.

Essential Criteria:

Access NI will be required for this role

A minimum of 2 years within last 5 years of contributing to successful marketing or communication projects using a range of online and offline communication tools.
OR
A degree level qualification in a relevant discipline such as marketing, communication, public relations etc.

Desired Criteria:

Experience of working within the Civil Service.
