About you

If you are an experienced Accounts Assistant and are available to join a fast paced organisation to assist during a busy period the following would be suitable qualities:

• Proven experience as an Accounts Assistant professional or similar role.
• Experience with accounting software.
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.

What you’ll do

As a Finance Assistant you will:

• Manage purchase ledger and provide cover for sales ledger
• Maintain purchase ledger email inbox on a daily basis
• Process purchase invoices and resolve queries with suppliers
• Reconcile supplier statements and prepare weekly payment runs
• Liaise with applicable teams to ensure timely payments and smooth operations
• Update internal databases and spreadsheets
• Process sales invoices, allocate payments and respond to client invoice queries
• Reconcile bank and credit card transactions
• Provide administrative support to Finance Team
