VANRATH are recruiting a Quantity Surveyor to work for a leading construction consultancy working on major construction projects across the UK and Ireland.

Client:

Our client is a leading construction consultancy working on high quality projects across the UK and Ireland.

The Ideal Person:

• 3+ years Quantity Surveyor experience
• Degree in a construction related discipline – ideally Quantity Surveying
• Strong working knowledge of cost estimations/cost planning, preparing tenders, tender/pricing analysis
• Can confidently liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Demonstrable project delivery
• Competent in contract administration duties
• Consultancy/Client facing experience is an advantage

• Implementing controls for construction costs
• Managing project life cycles
