They are now looking for a Warehouse Operative to join them on a full-time, permanent basis, working 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday.

The Role
As a Warehouse Operative, you will support our client’s team in managing daily picking and dispatch processes to ensure timely and efficient delivery of coffee to customers.
Specifically, you will work under the guidance of a team leader, organise orders, assist in stock management, and maintain cleanliness within the workspace.
Additionally, you will:
- Book stock onto systems and assist with regular stock counts
- Operate within Health and Safety guidelines and promote a positive working environment
- Use Counterbalance and Reach trucks as necessary (training can be provided)
About You
To be considered as a Warehouse Operative, you will need:
- A proactive approach with excellent organisational skills
- The ability to work effectively as part of a close-knit team
A Counterbalance and Reach truck licence would be desirable, however, training can be provided.
Other organisations may call this role Warehouse Assistant, Logistics Operative, Warehouse Picker / Packer, or Fulfilment Operative.
