VANRATH are delighted to be assisting our client, a large and well-known Public Sector Organisation with the recruitment of a Communications Advisor to join their team based in Belfast.
This is a Full-Time Monday - Friday position. 37 hours per week. Monday - Friday 9 - 5.
Salary
£28,762 - £33,900 per annum, plus benefits.
This role supports a Public-Sector organisation's communications team in delivering impactful, brand-aligned design work that furthers the mission of providing sustainable housing.
Responsibilities:
- Lead design projects, produce content across mediums (social media graphics, signage, reports, etc.), and provide creative input on internal and external campaigns.
- Ensure all outputs align with brand guidelines, meet accessibility standards, and oversee printer specifications for quality control.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite within an Apple Mac environment, including sourcing and managing stock images.
- Ensuring strong internal and external relationships, representing the Communications Manager as required.
- Contribute to communications strategies and participate in the organisation's resourcing and development activities.
Essential Criteria:
- Degree in Graphic Design (Level 6) with one year of experience, or a Level 5 qualification with two years in a similar role.
- Demonstrated experience in an Apple Mac environment, fluency with Adobe Creative Suite, and skills in a range of design software.
- Strong design and visual communication, attention to detail, ability to work under pressure, and effective interpersonal skills.
