The role:
· Responsible to build and support a team to provide a single point of service for all NIW departments for the provision of ICT Goods and Services including new ICT services and Mobile Communications
· Identify and document user systems requirements, ensuring they are clear, accurate and feasible working with colleagues across the company.
· Key responsibility for the management of IT Hardware & Software licencing.
· Key responsibility for Procurement and administration of maintenance contracts for IT systems.
· Key responsibility for the technical delivery and management of multiple Mobile Phone contracts and services.
· Key responsibility for the Management of ICT Stores including goods inwards/outwards, managing and ensuring adequate spares holding and Asset Management.
· Manage, motivate and develop the staff in the IT Business Services team, ensuring they have the skills, knowledge and tools to perform their roles effectively.
What you need:
· Minimum of 5 GCSE’s Grade C or above, to include English and Maths, or equivalent.
· Minimum of 4 years’ experience working in a business support role with an understanding of the key tasks involved in managing, supporting and developing staff to include the following: Financial Budgetary Planning and Reporting in a public or private sector organisation or Operational Procurement in a public or private sector organisation
