ONE Administrator officer URGENTLY needed for an immediate start in Ballymena, County Hall. This is a temporary role set to last at least 6 months with a possibility of extension and the hours of work will be Monday to Friday 9am - 5pm with a rate of pay £12.86 per hour.
The main purpose of this role will be to assist the RMHS Project Leads and project managers by providing administrative support, such as typing, photocopying, and diary responsibilities. You will also be required to respond appropriately to email and telephone correspondence and effectively prepare reports, documents and proposals for senior staff within the department. Minute taking and setting up meetings are essential for this role.
What we need from you:
- 2 years relevant experience
- Experience in minute taking and setting up meetings
- 5 GCSEs (A-C), including English Language. Equivalent qualifications may be considered.
What we will offer you:
- £12.86 per hour.
- A minimum of 28 days paid holiday (pro rata).
