Are you a Construction solicitor or litigation expert with a passion for construction law? Our client, a leader in the legal sector, is seeking a talented Solicitor or Associate (all levels of PQE considered) to join their expanding Construction & Infrastructure team. Based in Belfast, this is a fantastic opportunity to work alongside some of the best minds in the industry, handling both contentious and non-contentious matters on a global scale.

About the Role: In this role, you’ll be responsible for managing complex construction and engineering disputes, as well as providing pre-contractual advice and preparing construction documentation. You’ll also work with national and international clients in the transport, energy, and utilities sectors. This is your chance to get involved in some of the most ambitious construction projects globally, delivering practical legal solutions that align with your clients’ commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing and resolving high-stakes construction and engineering disputes
• Drafting and advising on construction contracts and related documentation
• Offering strategic legal guidance to national and international clients
• Collaborating with colleagues to deliver innovative, client-focused solutions

What You’ll Need:

• Experience in litigation, ideally within construction law
• A background in commercial or insurance litigation with an interest in construction law is also welcome
• Strong communication and client relationship skills
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining the highest standards of service
