Customer Services Unit Advisor (Ref 2024-221)

Location: Various Locations across Northern Ireland

The post holder will report to a designated manager to deliver excellence in customer service via the telephone and/or at the public counter acting as a customer advocate across a comprehensive range of housing services. A core role of Customer Service Unit Advisors is to accurately diagnose and record repairs for Housing Executive tenants and work in partnership with others to resolve issues.

The current salary for this post is £24,294 - £25,119 per annum. We also have an excellent pension scheme with an employer contribution of 19%.
