What would a typical day look like for you?
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Partners, managing their schedules, correspondence, and travel arrangements.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and documents, ensuring all materials are polished and professional.
- Liaise with clients and stakeholders, maintaining strong relationships and a high standard of communication.
- Manage special projects and initiatives, contributing to the firm’s strategic goals.
About you:
- At least 3 years experience as an Executive Assistant or Personal Assistant, preferably within the private sector.
- Exceptional organisational and time management skills.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
- A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems.
