Senior Solicitor – Transactions & Funds Opportunity

We’re excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a Senior Solicitor to join a dynamic team that provides top-tier legal services to investment fund clients.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading projects and supervising teams of solicitors, trainees, and analysts
• Managing fee-earning work and delivering exceptional service to clients
• Applying cutting-edge legal technology tools to your projects
• Involvement in business development by preparing pitch documents and attending client presentations
• Direct client interaction and collaboration with internal stakeholders

Who should apply? We're looking for solicitors with:

• 3+ years PQE in Corporate, Commercial, or Funds
• Experience supervising and supporting legal teams
• A proactive, entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to work on varied and creative projects
• Flexibility and adaptability, particularly in working with new legal areas
