Our client based in Lisahally, are looking for x2 Admin Officers to join their team
Job Description:
Universal Credit AO Admin role for DWP Dispute Resolution Services
- Accessing Universal credit “build” to identify correct To Do’s relating to Mandatory Reconsiderations (Appeals) received from customers.
- Understand which decision type relates to which site and team.
- All To Dos should be moved in a chronological order to ensure work is cleared in accordance with guidance
- Clear appropriate case scan – this is done to ensure no MRs are missed
- Liaise with jobcentres/Service centres via designated email in-box
- Maintain Intake as work comes in throughout the day
- Check activities via our 26 Service Centres to find any unsupported MRs
Essential Criteria:
- 5 GCSEs including maths and english (certificate proof required)
- Excellent IT skills, including use of Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to use own initiative.
Wage:
- £12.59ph (weekly)
Location:
- Lisahally Service Centre, Temple Road, Lisahally
*Please advise all staff to stop at the security hut on the way in to work on their first day so that G4S can ensure they are directed to the correct part of the building*Start Date:
- 11th November
Length Of Assignment:
- 51 weeks with extension (if wanted)
Work Pattern:
- The contracted hours are 8am - 8pm Monday – Friday and every 4th Saturday on a rota basis. However, at present staff are working various shift patterns between 9.00 – 5.00 Monday to Friday. DWP business areas in Northern Ireland adhere to Great Britain Easter Public Holidays and jobholder will be required to observe Easter Public Holidays of Good Friday and Easter Monday.
