We are looking for a highly motivated individual to lead a well-established team across two sites and embrace the culture and structure of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
- Inspire and lead teams at two locations, offering guidance and support.
- Ensure adherence to Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Work collaboratively with various departments across the organisation to uphold quality and efficiency.
- Oversee the on-boarding and training of new employees, including managing probationary processes.
- Uphold high standards of housekeeping and safety.
- Supervise all commercial activities, tracking expenses and minimising waste.
Knowledge and Experience:
- Minimum 6-8 years of recent management experience within the manufacturing, construction or engineering industry.
- At least 2 years of senior management experience overseeing supervisors or managers.
- Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
- Full, clean driver's licence.
- A knowledge of the equipment that is being leased (ideal).
