Accounts Payable

Your new company
Hays are delighted to be working with a well known group company based in Belfast to recruit for a purchase ledger for a period of 12 months.

Your new role
o Posting a large volume of purchase invoices for several group companies processing in Dollar/Euro/GBP
o Supplier statement reconciliations ensuring that any differences or errors discovered are followed up and resolved in a timely manner
o Processing of payments – Bacs / TTs / Online banking tfrs in GBP/Euro/Dollar
o Liaising with suppliers, dealing with supplier queries & handling all internal staff queries regarding invoices, payments, new accounts
o Full responsibility for completing the period-end process at every month-end and ensuring ledger agrees to nominal ledger

What you'll need to succeed
Strong experience within accounts payable.

• £25,000 - £29,000
• Free on site parking
• Work in an established team
• Monday - Thursday 9am - 5pm
• Friday - 4pm finish
