The CSR Group has an excellent opportunity with one of Northern Ireland’s largest residential property developers. The company are currently recruiting for a Site Manager for a multi-year project in Newtownards, ideally, the candidate will have an excellent residential background and a keen eye for detail, with experience in multi-unit, private, timberframe projects.
Packages around £50-60k plus van & fuel.
Requirements
- Ideally from a trade background
- Extensive experience timberframe housing projects
- Ability to work on own initiative
- Capable of overseeing £3M worth of work
Responsibilities
- Manage and motivate site teams
- Ensure that end product meets customer's expectation in relation to finish
- Organise and coordinate labour
- Reporting to Contracts Manager level.
