Our client is a leading contractor specialising in demolition services, across industrial and commercial projects.

They have a great opportunity for a Junior Project Manager to join them on a permanent basis working out of Newcastle.

This is a great opportunity for someone in the early stages of their career to join a leading demolition contractor.

Responsibilities:

• Contributing to the planning and development of projects
  • Supporting the coordination and management of projects
  • Preparing estimates
  • Ensuring safe systems of work are implemented on site
  • Perform administrative, scheduling meetings, etc.
  • Inventory monitoring/ resource procurement
  • Keep track of and report on project progress

The Ideal Person:

• 3rd Level education in a construction-based course
  • Full Clean Driving Licence
  • Willingness to learn
  • Team Player
  • Site Visits
  • Strong communication skills

Experience with asbestos (preferable)
