ROLE PROFILE

As a Candidate Consultant within The Recruitment Co. it is expected that you will provide support to stakeholders and react to external customer requirements, exceeding expectations and delivering against any Service Level Agreements in place.

Your knowledge will be up to date regarding competing markets within your geographical location.

Working to specific Key Performance Indicators you will be responsible for sourcing, facilitating and converting candidates against vacancies/bookings whilst building professional and credible relationships throughout.

It is essential that you provide exceptional customer service to all stakeholders working professionally and with integrity at all times including continual relationship development whilst also ensuring compliance with our Company policy and procedures, living and breathing our Company Spirit and working to deadlines.

We expect you to encourage and inspire others to act inclusively, to engage and value the diversity of thought and background within and beyond the team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Produce vacancy profiles and adverts to achieve the highest response rate in a timely manner.
  • Adequately source and select applicants, match to roles available and potential future talent pipeline whilst considering the needs of all stakeholders and our company cultures.
  • Represent our Company at interviews and briefings ensuring you work professionally and capture all relevant information via several questioning and communication techniques.
  • Management of worker files and records including registrations, uploading data to relevant systems and eligibility.
  • Maintain paper trails of documentation to ensure performance, audit and knowledge share is exceptional.
  • Develop, maintain and sustain full compliance and understanding to both legal and company frameworks promoting safe, consistent and compliant working practices throughout.
  • Communicate key information accurately and feedback promptly to relevant stakeholders.
  • Effectively manage relationships to ensure that The Recruitment Co. are perceived as the Agency of Choice, providing a high calibre of individual service.

SKILLS

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact and communicate with stakeholders at all levels projecting a positive demeanor at all times.
  • Decision maker, understanding factors quickly and accurately, whilst remaining focused on the commercial priorities and applying independent judgement where necessary.
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ability to analyse information.
  • Acknowledge and understand when to escalate matters to the line manager.
  • Inspirational, motivational and resilient.
  • Develops trust and long term relationships.
  • Ability to adapt behaviour in response to new information, changing circumstances to deliver key outputs on time
  • Professional IT skills, working with both Microsoft and Google platforms

EXPERIENCE

  • Experience working within a team.
  • Ability to adequately prioritise a busy and demanding workload, achieving both short and long term deadlines without management interference/support.
  • Proven ability to foresee problems to prevent them happening and work compliantly within legal frameworks.
  • Management of own time to achieve targets and develop plans for specific work activities with the ability to escalate where necessary.
  • Adopt a collaborative approach and work in the spirit of our company whilst having the ability to delegate where necessary.
