Job Title: Client Project Administrator
Location: Belfast City Centre- Office Based-
8.30am-5.00pm or 9am-5.30pm.
Salary and Benefits: Salary up to £29k
plus excellent benefits
Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week

successful Consultancy/ Training provider based in Belfast. Due to continued
demand for their services they are seeking a Client Project Administrator.
The Right role:
Duties of the role will include, the day-to-day
co-ordination of Business Operations; Sales and Marketing; Finance; HR; Annual
Budget/Capital Management, Project & Programme Management, I.T. and
Onboarding.

Evaluation
·
Invoicing Clients

Reporting
The Right Fit:
·
Proficient in the
full Microsoft Suite of Applications (Word, Excel, Powerpoint etc.).
·
Excellent standard of verbal and written English,
and good maths.
·
Detail oriented, strong organisational skills with
the ability to achieve goals by utilising formal and informal organisational
networks. Multitasker with ability to
prioritise.

Experience of working with external clients.
·
Self-starter, willing to work with groups and / or
alone until goal completion.
