HR Employee Engagement Role

The role

• Support development and sharing of communications which includes editing and generating content and imagery
• Support internal activity and employee communications
• Support development and delivery of communications to profile milestones and project activities
• Support in management and delivery of internal events and conferences
• Support in development and delivery of posters, newsletters, emails, videos and podcasts
• Support team in delivery of employee engagement activity including employee surveys and internal recognition events
• Help manage related general queries

The Person

As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience:

Essential:

• Possess work experience in a customer focused environment
• A minimum of 3 GCSE’s at Grade C or above including Maths and English or be able to demonstrate 2 years’ relevant experience
• Awareness of internal and external customer expectations
• Use of computer software to develop reports and documents
• Work experience in supporting events

Desirable:

• Experience or qualification in events or Marketing/PR/Branding
